Will we need to know how to derive/integrate all of the orders?

I do not believe that derivation/integration would be asked of us, simply how to apply the derived formulas to problems.

I don't think so, I believe they come back to the equations given to us.

I think as long as you know where the equations come from and how they are related you should be good.
