Im trying to calculate the rate constant but I seem to be doing it wrong can someone explain the steps please.

Assuming you already have the rate equation, rate = k[A][B]^2, and that you've already found k, you can pick any row on the table and substitute values for the rate, [A], and [B] to find k.
