I agree with the person above^. Also, if you ever forget, it's listed on top of the formula sheet we get during the test.

h is planck’s constant, which is 6.626*10^-34, and I like to remind myself that it is an extremely small number when I am making calculations.

I understand how and when to use Planck's constant, but why do we use it? How was that specific number derived and what does it represent?
