steady state vs. equilibrium

Postby Phi Phi Do 2E » Sun Mar 11, 2018 1:06 am

What are the main differences between the steady state and pre-equilibrium approaches?

I think the main differences are that steady-state is more complicated and assumes that the intermediate concentration is low and constant whereas the pre equilibrium approach is easier to solve but with the restriction that the intermediate concentration has to be at equilibrium
