Collision Theory and TS Theory

Postby Regina Chi 2K » Tue Feb 24, 2015 9:37 am

I know we were supposed to read 14.12 Collision Theory and 14.13 Transition State Theory; however, Professor Lavelle did not cover these concepts and ideas at all in his lecture and course reader. We also were not asked to do any homework problems associated with these theories. These concepts and the equations associated with them are pretty complicated so I was wondering if we were expected to know them for future quizzes or exams?

Correct I did not cover these in class and no homework problems using these equations were assigned.
The general concepts I covered in class are sufficient.
