I keep seeing k’ what is that? Is it just a different k? Like k1 and k2?

I think that K' is the reverse rate constant of the reaction

k' is the rate constant of the reverse reaction. So at equilibrium, k[A][B]=k'[C][D]

k' is the rate constant for the reverse of a reaction. It can be used in conjunction with k to calculate the equilibrium constant by setting the two rates equal to each other.

k' is called "k prime" and refers to the reverse reaction.
