Which method did Dr. Lavelle say we should be using? Pre-equilibrium or Steady-state?

He said for the class pre-equilibrium would be used.

We will never need to use steady-state as he never went over examples and pretty much said explicitly we won't need to. Be sure to be familiar with pre-equilibrium though as we did go over examples for it

Pre-equilibrium he stated is what we will be utilizing, not steady state.
