In the solutions manual for this problem, the answer subtracts 0.59 from the equation for ln k2 - ln k1. Why do they do this?

I also can't figure this out but it's clear that the solution is flawed because it also says 37'C is equal to 3130 K

I was very confused by this answer as well, is the consensus just that it was a solutions manual error?
