k’ and A

Are there two different meanings for k’ and capital A in kinetics?

k is the rate constant and A is the collision factor

technically k' is the rate of the reverse reaction. k is the rate of the forward reaction. K is the equilibrium constant. K=k/k'

k' represents the rate of the reverse reaction and A represents the frequency factor.
