By solving for the frequency factor by using the Arrhenius equation, what does this tell us about the overall reaction?

If we are asked to find the frequency factor, A, it tells us how often molecules collide when the concentration is [1] and whether or not the molecules are properly oriented.

A, the frequency factor or pre exponential factor will give information about the number of collisions with correct orientations. Generally, the higher the frequency factor the higher the rate constant k and thus the rate of reaction.
