How does a change in temperature effect the energy vs Reaction Progress Curve?

Increasing the temperature causes more particles on average to attain the Activation Energy. However it does not change the value of the Activation Energy or the pathway of the reaction profile at all.

So though the reaction progress curve stays the same shape, the "travelling" along the curve will be faster (increase T) or slower (decrease T).

Also, the increase in temperature will have a bigger impact on the larger activation energy. So if you have a reaction profile of an exothermic reaction, the activation energy of the reverse reaction will be more responsive to the temperature increase.

You can also think of it as T increases, it will thus speed up the reaction (causing more collisions) and increasing k, the magnitude of the rate constant as well.
