The Arrhenius equation,, can be used to find the reaction rate based on the temperature or presence of a catalyst.

the Arrhenius equation is used to find the effect that changing of temperature in a reaction has on the rate constant

It can be used to see how activation energy and/or temperature affects the rate constant
