Hi! Although we don't need to worry about this, the Lineweaver-Burk plot is widely used in enzyme kinetics studies due to their simplicity and ability to provide valuable information. The slope of the line in a Lineweaver-Burk plot represents the Michaelis constant, which provides insights into the affinity of the enzyme/substrate. Hope this helps
