Temperature and rate constants

Can someone explain to me how raising the temperature will affect the rate constant?

ln k = -EA/(RT) + ln A is the equation for this relationship.
The two variables are directly related, so increasing temperature results in a larger k and vice versa. This makes sense as a higher k means the reaction occurs at a faster rate, and a higher temperature results in more collisions resulting in the reaction to occur more often, thus an increased k value.
The direct relationship might be easier to see in this form:
k = 1 / (e ^ (Ea / (RT)) ) + A
A greater t results in a smaller exponent value for e, thus increasing the value of 1 / e^(Ea/RT), which is directly related to k.

Raising the temperature will induce a larger k!
