Kinetics. Yes, I covered this in detail in class.
Enzymes are catalysts. Yes, covered in class.

Detailed enzyme kinetics. No, we did not cover this as it is not part of the Chem 14B syllabus.

On the chemical kinetics outline, it does not mention anything specifically about enzymes. But I would know how enzymes work as catalysts.

Enzymes are biological catalysts, and catalysts are mentioned in the outline. Maybe to be safe, you should know "how a catalyst lowers the activation energy of the transition state, how a catalyst increases the rate of a reaction, and also identify a catalyst in a reaction and give an example of a catalytic reaction".
