How do you know that the third step is the fastest step by looking at this graph?

I believe its because C has the lowest activation energy.

C to D has the lowest activation energy required to perform the step.

Lowest activation energy and we know that when activation energy goes down, k goes up, so the overall reaction rate is faster for that step.
