I been wanting to attend the step up sessions but I don't know where I can go or how I can access a session. Does anyone know where I can find that information? please let me know as soon as possible, thank you.

Hi all,
While gathering aditional information on the photoelectric effect, I came to a roadblock on the nature of these reactions and effects, as regarding the photoelectric effect, is metal supposedly loses electrons, how does this happen, and if would enough light radiation over given time could the metal lose or lack electrons? Thanks in advance!
