Does anyone have a good method to memorize conversions?

Using dimensional or unit analysis in all of your calculations is a good way to make sure all of your units cancel and that you are converting the correct way. For example writing out might help you make sure that all of your units cancel and that you've correctly converted grams of NaCl to moles of Na+. Making sure the units in your equations cancel correctly should help you in converting.
