Midterm Practice
Hi! So I was just wondering whether the textbook questions or the sapling homework would be more useful in our review for the exam. Also, are the audio-visual module questions similar to what we will see on the exam?

Re: Midterm Practice
The audio visual modules are great review for the midterm, as they cover the same information (I found them to be SUPER helpful this week because I didn't feel like I totally understood the lectures). As for review problems, both are good study tools! The textbook problems aren't assigned for homework like the Sapling questions, but Dr. Lavelle did say that the textbook problems would be on tests, so I would highly recommend doing those problems too!

Re: Midterm Practice
Based on how I perceive each resource, I think the audio-visual module questions and the textbook problems will be most similar to the exams. I assume this for the module questions since Dr. Lavelle creates the assessments, and as for the textbook problems, he said he would use some of them in the tests. Sapling questions are are great for checking your understanding, but I don't think the formatting is as similar to the upcoming midterms. If you want to do more practice problems, I also suggest attending UA sessions since they give you additional questions to work through.

Re: Midterm Practice
based off feedback from my TA and Lavelle, the best review will come from the fundamental problems in the syllabus. However, his modules should also help as they are audio visual with a assessment portion that will count as even further review. Good luck!

Re: Midterm Practice
I find the textbook fundamental problems to prepare me more because there's a bigger variety of questions all about the same topic.

I would recommend going through the textbook problems that he mentioned in the syllabus for extra practice. Also, I found the modules to be a great review of what Dr. Lavelle went over in the lectures
