I've been doing such a poor job of exercising my body but these are all great ideas!

I love to hike and go for runs to destress! I've also recently gotten into yoga, which is a great way to be active while also being relaxed!

To be honest, as of recently, I have not been exercising physically that often; however, before lockdown, I enjoyed playing basketball with friends.

I stay going on runs cause it does exercise my body, but running for me is so therapeutic (ik this is controversial :3)... like the music blasting in my ears just has my head clear :)

Exercising my body I try ro work out 2-3 times a week before my lectures so around 6am-10am I try to implement a good work out. Exercising my mind I occasionally will play brain busters or I would read a couple of motivating books. I haven't had much time to read this quarter though.

School aside, how is everybody exercising their minds (creatively and otherwise)??

I've found myself really enjoying doing core yoga and feeling the burn as I'm holding the poses. It's definitely helped with mindfulness in general too.

Definitely going out on walks with my dogs is the main medium of exercising for myself. However, I did go play paintball (under adequate conditions) with some friends and that was quite the more rigorous activity that I've done in a fat minute.

I try to run a few miles during the weekend! I love blasting music and forgetting about the work I have by exercising

My favorite exercise is definitely cardio, especially if it's in the form of something I love like playing basketball!

I have been trying to start lifting weights. I recently got a weight bench and a barbell from amazon in my basement so I've been learning the correct form for trying to deadlift and bench press.
