Happy Thanksgiving!

My family doesn't take part in any special traditions, but we do make an old family recipe ham :)

Hope everyone's holidays are going well!

Happy (late) Thanksgiving! My family always likes to say one thing we're thankful for before we start eating.

Happy Late Thanksgiving! My family likes to go on a road trip up the PCH over break, but this year it wasn't really possible with corona.

Happy late Thanksgiving hehe! My family loves going on trips to the mountains to hike and chill, although this year was a bit different... I did eat a lot of food and play lots of Animal Crossing so I'm pretty content :DD

Happy (late) thanksgiving. My family doesn't celebrate in a huge way, but we like to dig up some old recipes each year and cook them together.

We usually travel during Thanksgiving, but due to the pandemic, we decided to just stick with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner!

I cook with my siblings and let my parents take the day off! My mom gets anxiety every year because the kitchen is her domain. I personally handle the ham and pineapple upside down cake!

Our tradition is that my mom gets to not cook, and every one else in the family has to impress her with our creations. We try to be creative, and this year we tried variations of mac and chees, mashed potatoes, BBQ turkey and ribs, brussels sprouts etc. I personally never really cook so it is my one day to try something different. We plan on not doing turkey again but trying something new next year.

Our usual tradition was going to one of my grandma's houses for dinner and then the other grandmother's house for dessert, working it to where I can see both sides of the family. I then usually go black friday shopping that evening into early morning. However, this year I just stayed home :(

My family went for steak and ham along with some potato salad for our meal. I had a quaint friendsgiving with a couple of friends and we had a surf and turf dinner finished off with some pie. One of my friends literally drove to Julian to get the pie and we live in San Diego so that was kind of crazy. Overall it was great though.

Happy Thanksgiving! My family doesn't really partake in any traditions really, but we've started cooking turkey like everyone else in the last few years. It's just a bit amusing to see a classic "American" turkey at the centerpiece of the table surrounded by traditional Vietnamese dishes.

Happy Thanksgiving! I think my family has a new tradition this year. My grandma normally makes a delicious sweet potato casserole with marshmallows but since her retirement home is in lock down she wasn't able to make it this year. When my mom attempted to make it she fully lit the marshmallow top on fire with the broiler. It was super exciting to watch her pull a casserole out the oven with a foot of flames coming off it!

Happy Thanksgiving!!! My family, like most families in America, cook a feast and meet family. Unfortunately, this year we will be unable to meet in-person, but we will surely send each other positive, encouraging messages of thanks.

Happy late Thanksgiving! Our family doesn't really have a special tradition other than eating dinner together with my grandparents and watching football, but that's good enough for me :)

Happy late thanksgiving! My family's only tradition is eating a thanksgiving meal together while watching football. This year my immediate family went to visit my grandparents since they had just moved from Texas to LA. Even with the masks and social distancing, it was still a great day!

My family usually just eats a big dinner together, but most years, my dad would make carbonated fruit punch with orange slices in it! We didn't do that this year, but we still ate dinner together so that was nice.

I haven't seen my family for 5 months cause the border is blocked, but I at least went skiing with my friends which were pretty fun.

I have no traditions but my parents who have been divorced for 5 years actually became good with each other this year so I have a good feeling I’ll have both my parents to celebrate with this year.
