What are you guys doing over winter break? Also do you have any good book or movie recommendations?

I am going to be road tripping down the Pacfic Coastal Highway with my family in an RV (social distancing at its finest). I am super excited to visit a bunch of beaches and escape my house. :)

Aw that sounds like so much fun :) I'm probably going to be at home knitting and watching Netflix for most of break lol. As for movie recommendations, I watched Happiest Season recently and it was pretty good!

Wow! I think RVs are so fun, my mom and I rented one and drove to the desert a year ago and it was fab.

I have been writing down a list of a bunch of fun activities that I can spend some leisure time on after I get everything done for school. Once I finallyyy get through my finals I wanna have an intense gingerbread house decorating contest with my family, go shopping for Christmas gifts, and actually watch Netflix omg it's been so long.

I'm planning on spending some quality time with my cats and the family. In terms of book recommendations, I'm reading Dune by Frank Herbert right now and it's incredibly interesting - also recommend anything by Haruki Marukumi. Weird stories take your mind off the insanity of the real world :)

I'm planning on sleeping for 14 hours a day for at least the first week. Then I hope I'll have the motivation to start practicing some of the chem we're going to learn next quarter so I'm well prepared (hopefully).
