Unfortunately, I have another LS7B midterm on Monday, so I will be spending my weekend studying for that. :/ But, I plan on destressing a little but by watching reruns of Dance Moms in between.

I still have a bunch of work to do but I am hoping to get most of that done today so I have a free weekend. To destress after the test, I ate a good lunch, and took a long therapeutic shower lol. Hope everyone is doing well after the exam!

Right after the midterm, I made myself a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was soo good. A treat well deserved, later on, I got boba with my friends and blasted music on the car ride back. Tonight I plan to bundle up in my bed and watch the new episode of WandaVision. :)

My family had a pizza night so that was a nice way to destress :). I have another midterm I'm taking tomorrow, but after that I will really be able to de-stress!!!

I'm probably just going to watch some shows and play video games. Perfect way to destress in my opinion.

My favorite way to de-stress is to binge watch all the shows I couldn't watch because I had to study haha. I also like to de-stress through retail therapy and I know it's a bad habit but I like to reward myself with something (even if it's something small) to keep me going. Also I just love waiting for a package to come.

After the midterm, I had to complete my group midterm for LS7A so I couldn't immediately destress. As soon as that was over though I watched some episodes of The Queen's Gambit! :D I started it last weekend but I couldn't continue because I had to study. Also, I'm going to buy a new plant tomorrow! I have to finish my LS30B midterm too tomorrow but hopefully I can relax a little bit afterwards.

I decided to binge-watch shows that I had not been able to see because I was busy studying. After the midterm, I decided to go out and get some ice cream.

I unfortunately still have a fair amount of work to do over the weekend for Chem 14BL, but right after the midterm I went out to eat with my family which really helped unwind and forget about chemistry!

Like a lot of other people here, I love just vegging on the couch and binging shows/watching sports. But, if weather permits, I definitely recommend trying to get some exercise of some kind! Even if for a little bit, lifting weights, running, or playing basketball always is a nice release for me.

Despite having another midterm to do after chem, I decided to take the rest of Friday off to just de-stress and watch iCarly on Netflix :) I also played some video games since I haven't done that in a cool minute. This weekend however, I had to take my last midterm, catch up on some lectures, and start homework for other classes which kinda sucks but it is what it is.

after MT2 I had my LS30B midterm and also had classes and a group project to do; I also had to go to my part-time yesterday and will have to today after catching up on last week's lectures; so I haven't had much time to relax! However, I did make some time after work last night to watch The Queen's Gambit with my friend over discord, and tonight after work I'm planning on having an online game night with friends as well!

Now that all of my midterms are over, I am definitely going to be spending some time outside, whether it be hiking, going on a run, or just enjoying nature. Studying for midterms and catching up on my assignments has caused me to be cooped up in my apartment, but hopefully now I will have some time to get some fresh air!

Gave myself a long break from the homework... Staying off the computer helped a lot because it feels like thats I all I do during the week.

To be honest, I usually just take a nap after a stressful midterm/week. It helps me recharge and be prepared for the next week.

I have a midterm on Monday and Wednesday, but after that's done I'm planning on sleeping a lot, finishing Sky Castle(kdrama), and eating tons of food.

OMG is Wandavision AMAZING! I love all the marvel movies and am a huge fanatic, but even my mom who hasn't seen any superhero movies ever is enjoying it too. Truly is an awesome show, but you might need to watch a couple of youtube videos afterward to explain some things.

It was stressful taking it and stressful getting my results back, so I destressed with long, and very needed naps!

I distressed by eating at my favorite sandwich shop. Then taking a nap when I got home, and then watching wandavision when I woke up :)

I always take naps after all my midterms. Post-midterm/final naps are the best

Studying for Midterm 2 and all the upcoming finals is definitely gonna have me stressed and my only motivation is every Friday for WandaVision. I'm a Marvel junkie and this is my only serotonin after Endgame. Can't wait for the upcoming Falcon/Bucky and Loki series!
