Favorite Chemistry YouTube Channels
What are your favorite YouTubers/channels for reviewing chemistry? Thought making a thread like this would be very helpful for everyone studying for finals :))
Some of my favorites are CrashCourse and Professor Dave Explains!

Hands down, organic chemistry tutor. He is a UCLA alumni too sooooo <3 Just sucks that some of his videos are being privatized and you can only access if you buy but hey, tutors aren't free!

I'm a big fan of Khan Academy, but sometimes they cover things that you don't need to know. For actual YouTube channels, Organic Chemistry Tutor is great. The channel doesn't just teach organic chem.

Re: Favorite Chemistry YouTube Channels
I would definitely recommend Richard Thornley! He is mainly focused on IB chemistry but I find that although his videos are often quite narrowed down in topics, it is easy to follow. Many topics of various difficulty levels are explored and are also demonstrated in an entertaining and easy to visualize way. This would definitely be more helpful for questions on specific topics rather than a general revision of chemistry.

Re: Favorite Chemistry YouTube Channels
I honestly tend to watch the basics that never fail me which are Khan Academy and Crash Course. I watch these mainly when there are specific topics that I just want to brush up on that I am having difficulties grasping. After I watch these youtube videos I read over the textbook again that has the same concepts and tie them together.

Re: Favorite Chemistry YouTube Channels
Hello! I feel like watching Youtube videos really helps me solidify the material that we learn in. class and they are a great resource for learning any confusion. Sometimes they even have great tips that make solving questions easier! Khan Academy is an amazing resource because it not only provide you with videos to watch but practice problems as well to help enforce what you have learned. I also watch Crash Course, Professor Dave Explains, TMP, and The Organic Chemistry Tutor! I hope this helps.

Re: Favorite Chemistry YouTube Channels
Hank Green is my favorite chemistry Youtube channel. He explains things in a way that makes them really interesting, and its clear he genuinely is passionate about chemistry. His videos have helpful animations and examples as well. Overall, Hank Green's videos are best if you want a good overview of topics, but aren't great for specific topics and solving problems. I watch the Organic Chemistry Tutor for help with solving problems, especially when they involve math.
