Midterm 2
Though I know chemistry itself is cumulative, will there be anything on this midterm specifically from the first 4 units? like calculating wavelength, solution problems, etc?

Hi!
I believe we were told that Midterm 2 will only cover chemical bonds, so from week 4, lecture 3 to a part of week 6, lecture 2. However, there will be concepts from the past units that may be applied or needed along with the stuff we learned in the weeks mentioned previously. Hope this helps!

In Wednesday's lecture (for week 6), Dr. Lavelle made an announcement at the end of class that content after hydrogen bonding would not be on the second midterm. There's a clear transition between this material, so you'll know where you can stop. It's about 25 to 30 minutes in.
