What is the format of the final and will it be cumulative

I think the final will be the same format as the midterms and cumulative. However, I am pretty sure the exam will focus more on the material we covered after the second midterm.

There will be 30 multiple choice questions over 2 hrs, so I think it's basically equivalent to two midterms.

In the final information module, Lavelle says, "The final reflects the Syllabus. Sections are not weighted more or less (one week is ~10%, see Syllabus for details)."
