Textbook Taking Longtime to Load

I have a specific issue with the textbook for Chem 14B. While my other achieve textbooks from other classes work fine, the textbook for Chem 14B takes a long time to load or often does not load at all. I have tried downloading the offline version of the textbook, but this version does not load either. I'd appreciate any assistance.

Hello, sometimes I use my ipad or another device and it tends to load faster. I found that last quarter for 14A it would never load, but now I find it easier to load. I would also try to refresh the page or make sure not too many tabs are open?
