Thursday discussion canceled? and other questions

Postby Joshua Hughes 1L » Thu Dec 07, 2017 12:56 am

I really want to get back my test 4 early before my final so I can have time to review it because I know I missed questions on it and I am not very strong with that material. We were going to get them this Thursday at discussion but all Thursday classes are canceled according to UCLA.edu and bruin alert. Is it possible for an answer key for all the Thursday tests to be released since we probably won't get the tests back in time? Also what about turning in our last chemistry assignment, will we need to meet up without TAs later to give them those or perhaps hand them in on the final day.

Please see the class email I sent.
TAs are making individual arrangements.

Week 10 homework can be handed in anytime this week as arranged by your TA.

Even though class is cancelled today, it says that campus is still open so will the review sessions held in CS 24 and 50 still be taking place?

I believe that the TA review sessions might be canceled. As per Dr.Lavelle's recent email:

"Given the progress on the local fire containment the following 7 hours are offered today (Thursday):
Office hours: 3-5pm and 4:45-6:45pm in Young Hall 4222
Peer Learning Sessions: 6-9pm in Hedrick Hall, Room 125"

However, I believe that Dr.Lavelle mentioned he's working on additional Friday afternoon review sessions to provide support.

Hope this helps!
