What is the shortest wavelength we can observe for objects using the De Broglie equation?

Generally, anything below 10^-18 m in wavelength is undetectable making that the shortest.

Anything smaller than 10^-18 cannot be measured

I believe 10^-18 m is the shortest observable with current technology
