I'm pretty sure you'll be able to submit homework from Outline 3 since we are barely covering VSEPR Models in class, so any of the chemical bonds stuff should be fine.

I think you can do any problems up to 2e/ 2f, but homework is ultimately to help you so it's probably fine to do problems that might not be on the outline, but will help you learn the material

The test will be up to whatever he covers during lecture until a couple days before the test. He will probably specify as we get closer to the test but presumable Outline 3 and 4, since they were not on the last test, will be covered on the next test.
