Is it recorded somewhere? Or do I just have to keep track myself?
I'm not sure myself. I think you should be able to ask your RA since they are recording their section's activity. But it's best for you to keep track of how many posts you have. Usually it says it under your name how many posts you made whether it be a question or comment. But sometime it adds one to mine so I check in the quicklinks and posts I made to make sure the count is correct.
I still don't know what to post to chemistry community. Is it a good idea to ask about homework questions or concepts? I feel like a lot of the questions I would ask are already answered.
I think if you make sure you have 5 posts a week before the deadline, you should have your full points
When is the deadline?
I think 11:59 pm on Sundays
if you click your username you can see how many posts you have made and when
You should ask your RA. Grades should be on MyUCLA underclasses, then exam and homework grades. My RA told me I won't be able to see any of my homework grades until they are all put in so I am going to keep track of them myself.
Go to quick links and then go to your posts. I think you should have at least 5 posts by every week to get full credit.
Under quick links there is a post that shows your posts so if you have 5 for the week I think you should be good.
When you log in you can go to quick links and there should be a tab for your most. It has all of the posts you have created since you joined. A quicker way is when you post a reply or a new subject under your name to the right of the page it tells you how many posts you have.
Similar to everyone else, I have been going under the quick links section and keeping track for myself how many posts I have made.
