Midterm Topics

Does anyone know what topics the midterm will cover? Will the high school review content from test 1 be on it too?

Professor Lavelle has not put up any information about the midterm yet. However, until then I would look over everything we have covered in class so far (and compare your notes with peers to ensure you did not miss anything). I believe the midterm will also cover the content from Exam #1, but I would double check with your TA as well.

I think the midterm will cover everything we have learned in class, but it will most likely focus more on the units we studied after the fundamentals since we were already tested on high school chem

According to a document I found through Lavelle’s website, I believe the midterm will cover up to Outline 3.

Thank you so much for this - this question has kind of been unclear in the lectures.

The Midterm should cover topics from Fundamentals, the Quantum World, and some of Chemical Bonds as well.
