Accessing the E book urgent

I had bought the e book on the Macmillan website and I have been using it since class started. I just tried to open up the ebook and it will not let me do so. I do not know if it has anything to do with the announcement that Dr. Lavelle made that we could switch the access code at the bookstore. However, the deadline passed and I do not know what to do, because I can not access the book that I already paid for.

I also saw the email and am wondering about this too. However, I can still access the ebook but I haven't switched to sapling plus.
