Midterm Answers

Does anyone know if there is an answer key to the midterm posted anywhere? I thought Dr. Lavelle mentioned one during lecture today but I can't find it.

Yes, it's located on his website. If you go to Class Websites > CHEM 14A > Exam Information > Midterm Solutions. It should be located on the right column.

Here's the link: https://lavelle.chem.ucla.edu/wp-conten ... rm_ans.pdf
If the link doesn't work, you can find it on his Chemistry 14A class website under "Exam Information" :) I hope this helps!

Sometimes, it really depends on the type of question. For very simple questions, likely not, but for harder questions, yes most likely

Does anyone know why on question 3A. The solutions use 9.109x10^-34 instead of 9.109x10^-31 as it states in the equation sheet for the mass of an electron
