I am slightly confused on how the lectures are administered.
Do we review the material posted on the class website ourselves and attend discussion or is there a live lecture with a zoom link? I cannot find a zoom link anywhere in my email or on the class website.
Thanks,
Arya

Hey Ayra! The lecture for today is not live I think. You should be able to find it under the Media Resources tab on CCLE. I just attended discussion and he basically answered general questions about the syllabus and answered some of the fundamental questions from the textbook.

Hey Ayra! I know your question got answered already but I just wanted to let you know that our lectures starting Monday are going to be live and they should be available on the CCLE unless he sends out an email beforehand!

I think there is some problem with today's lecture then? The only things that show up in my media resources tab are two bruincasted lectures. Is anybody able to watch live?

Hey Colm,
If you click on the video labeled week 1 it should be different from the video we had on Friday.

Re: Structure of Lectures
I know I'm replying late to this post, but from Dr. Lavelle's previous email it seems that all the Lectures are now going to be asynchronous meaning no zoom, just pre-recorded videos that can be found on the CCLE site under media resources. Hope this helps!

Re: Structure of Lectures
With the new Zoom update going into place on October 10, do you guys think it's possible for lectures to be synchronous? I've heard some people say the update could have a capacity of 900 students or something, but I'm not sure if that's true.

Re: Structure of Lectures
On myucla, it says that the lectures are online-recorded, so the lectures are pre-recorded and asynchronous.
