To add on to that question, will it be fully multiple choice? Will it still be 50 minutes and closed-book as stated on the syllabus? What does closed-book entail?

I believe it would be fully MCQs.

Closed book means that we don't get to use our notes during the test, however we do get access to the periodic table and a sheet of constants and equations I believe. Since we will be taking it with our TAs, they will be monitoring our workspace as well to see if we are testing fairly.

Does anyone know if we would need to submit photos of our work during the exam or not?

I believe our exams will only consist of MCQs through the Respondus Lockdown browser.

Did anyone confirm that the midterm would be MCQ only with the professor or a TA?

Off topic, but does anyone know the passing rate of this class? I'm starting to get nervous.

Yes, all multiple choice. According to my TA, they're going to try to give partial credit, but I'm not exactly sure how.

I am not too sure about the passing rate of the chemistry classes. Don't be nervous, you got it! just keep studying and everything will be okay.

Hi Kyla, Im not too sure on the number of questions on the exam. What I have heard is around 10-20 questions that are all MC.
