Acids & Bases in MT2?

During the past 2 lectures, Dr. Lavelle has been talking about acids and bases, but he mentioned that we wont cover those topics until weeks 9 &10. However, since he's mentioned them in his past 2 lectures, does that mean that we will be tested on them for midterm 2?

I think just understand what he's said in lecture as far as acids and bases (definition of lewis acid/base) or if he mentions anything more next week, but nothing beyond what he's discussed.

I think he's expecting us to know whatever he has talked about in lecture such as lewis acids/bases but nothing else until we go into further depth.
