Class Grading Scale
So I have heard that you need 50% (250/500) to get a C- in the class, but how does that affect the rest of the grades. Like do you need to get 465/500 in order to get an A or is lower? This has been brought up a lot but I still do not have an answer. Could someone please let me know?

Re: Class Grading Scale
From reading the comments from the other post about curves, I believe that depends on the class average. One person said they got a final grade of 344/500 and got a C for the class. It is said that once the class average is determined, grades will shift accordingly. I don't fully know the details though. Hope this helped!
Re: Class Grading Scale
I had the same question and this helped. I do wonder if it's curved this year though because the class averages seem pretty high.

I too have the same question/concern. Do we know if he'll be sending out a message to acknowledge this?

Re: Class Grading Scale
I have this question too. Does anyone know how the class has been curved in previous years.

Re: Class Grading Scale
I hope he answers this soon, I didn't realize that this class was curved like this and I'm a little confused now.

Re: Class Grading Scale
I have no idea how the class grading scale is setup and I haven't gotten an answer from anyone so I'm pretty confused and hoping there is a curve like this so I can save my grade/pass this class.
