I'm having technical difficulty. I downloaded the plug in but it still won't load. it says plug in failure

I'm having difficulty being able to watch the video. I downloaded the software and installed it to my computer but it keeps telling me to install the software again. Is there another medium the review session could be uploaded to, like youtube?

If you're trying to watch the video off of Chrome it won't work. Try Mozilla Internet Explorer or Safari
