Does anybody know how to access the etextbook and achieve on CCLE?

I have disabled my pop-up blockers, but when I click on the link, it says that the content has loaded on a a new tab. However there is no new tab on my computer.

If you're using Safari, I don't think CCLE is compatible with the Webkit engine (the one Safari uses). It works in Firefox and Chrome for me. Otherwise, try turning off any extensions you have installed.

Make sure the pop-ups are FOR SURE turned off because it won't work. In another class my book can only open with chrome, so maybe try that? Good luck!

You might be able to access it without going through CCLE. Try just searching "Macmillan Achieve," and it should show you an option to sign in or to search for a class to join--haven't tried this for chem but it's worked for me with other classes.

I believe the ebook is online available on achieve. A lot of my classes, including this class has all the links to the online textbooks there. I would assume that it would be on ccle but its not. Just make sure to check on all those links that your professors sent you!

Hello, maybe this reply is too late, but I also had the same issue using Safari and I got it to work. First by staying on the CCLE website (I have a Mac) I clicked on Safari (next to File, Edit, View) to find "settings for ccle.ucla". Then I clicked on that and saw a check mark next to "enable content blockers" so I deselected that and now it works. Hopefully that helps but I have a Mac so maybe not

The textbook can be found on chrome and firefox instantly. However, if you wish to use it on safari, please go to your settings and un enable blockers for ccle.ucla.edu.

I know sometimes I have a small little pop-up window symbol on the search bar at the top. If you click that, it also opens up a new page. If not I found, other browsers work the best (like Chrome). Hope this helps!

I have a Mac and it took me a while to access the etextbook. It didn't work when I used Safari, so I downloaded the Chrome extension to see if it would work and it did. I hope this helps :) Also, make sure the pop-up blockers are disabled before you open the etextbook on Chrome

Is anybody else having issues loading the assignments due this week? My computer gets stuck on a white page that says Macmillan Learning and loading. Anybody have a fix for this?
