Enrolling in 14BL

Can I enroll in 14B lab in my first pass and 14B lecture during my second pass or do I have to enroll in 14B lecture first???
The UCLA registrar site says that CHEM14B is an enforced corequisite to CHEM14BL, so I assume they won't let you enroll in the lab until you're in the lecture first...can anyone confirm? I have the same problem.
