Exercising Mind and Body
Hi! Dr. Lavelle always reminds us to exercise our mind and body so I'd love to hear some of the ways everyone does that! I personally love to swim.

Yoga!! It is nice to stretch and get blood flowing after a long day of studying. Bonus points for hot yoga.

One of my favorite ways to get myself moving is to take a walk to Westwood with my friends! It is always really fun because we can just talk and then maybe stop for some lunch :)

Yes! This always clears my head and allows me to restart my mindset!

Taking walks! If I need to study, instead of just doing work in my room, I try to walk somewhere beforehand. I find that I can focus a lot better when I'm somewhere new and have just done some excersize.

I love to take walks as well, and I listen to music or play my bass either by myself to practice a fun song or with my band! Academics are important but I just can't live without the activities I do outside of school.

I love stretching and taking walks! Hiking is also super fun especially when you go with friends!

Yoga! And walking/running through the neighborhoods surrounding campus is cool because all the houses are huge!

I really like going to work out when I need to get energy out. Also walks when I need to get out of my head
I like things like wordle, crossword, and soduku
those are really my main ways of exercising my mind and body(along with school lol)

I always find it refreshing to relax at Janss Steps or take a walk into Westwood!

My go to is dancing! Either in the Hedrick dance room or reserving a room in Wooden. Another go to is honestly just going for walks around campus and the hill.
