hi! if anyone is planning on dropping chem 14c spring quarter, please let me know!! the class is full, but i want to take 14c spring quarter. either time is okay!

Usually many people drop within the first two weeks. Don't give up hope--keep checking when the quarter starts, go to lecture, and I think you would have a good shot at finding a dropped spot.
