Postby Brian J Cheng 1I » Wed Jan 08, 2020 5:49 pm

Just got an email about discussion sections and thought I would confirm with you guys.

Are there going to be discussion sections this week for Chem 14B?

you turn in your homework during discussion, so I think if you don't go you would lose those 5 points of hw

I don't think discussion section is mandatory and you won't get points from just being there. The points come from the homework you turn in. With all that said, it is very helpful to go to discussion because you can get extra practice on a lot of topics.

I believe the TA/UAs that are in charge of the peer leaning sessions change the worksheets every week to encompass the curriculum taught that week.
