Rydberg Constant

On our formula sheet and in the course reader, it says R= 3.2894 x 10^15 Hz. But whenever I used that in an equation I never came up with the right answer. When I look it up online, it says it is 1.09 x 10^7 m^-1, and that one got me to all the right answers in the workbook. I don't understand if both of these are correct or not. Is it even possible to convert Hz to m^-1?

It is not possible to convert Hz to m^-1. However, Hz is equivalent to s^-1.

See your course reader including the worked examples in the course reader.
R = 3.2894 x 1015 Hz is correct
