Quantum World Worksheet question 6b

Postby Emely Reyna 1F » Sun Apr 15, 2018 9:44 pm

I had a question on problem 6b which asks what is the maximum energy of the electrons emitted when light of 7.3 * 10^14 Hz is used. Is the maximum energy they're asking you to find the same thing as kinetic energy and therefore would I have to use the equation KE= energy of photon - work function?
