how would you calculate the wavelength of the incoming light, if the frequency of the light is fixed and you're given a value for the KE?

You would use the equation for the conservation of energy in the photoelectric effect. You know that:
Ephoton= Threshold Energy + Kinetic Energy
The threshold energy was supposed to be calculated in the Q2A. The Kinetic Energy was given.
Ephoton= hv where h=Planck's constant and v= frequency. Using this knowledge and , you can solve for the wavelength of the incoming light.
