Calculator on the Final

Question 7B.11 asks for a graphing calculator to be used to solve the question. Will we be permitted a graphing calculator on the final to solve problems similar to this one?

It’s stated in the syllabus that we’re only allowed to use scientific calculators. I believe problems on the exam won’t need a graphing calculator in order to solve them.
