Achieve Technical Error
I am experiencing a technical error in the achieve homework week 9 and 10. When I try and delete bullet characters and brackets from a part of question 7, they will not go away and I get the error message "Can't find closing $" and if I try more it continues "Undefined control sequence /bul". I have tried leaving and coming back but I it did not work and I am unsure how to proceed.

Re: Achieve Technical Error
Changing browsers did not fix the issue, but I did submit a case with support. Is there anything I can do if they are unable to resolve it on their end?
Re: Achieve Technical Error
I have been communicating with the Achieve technical support for the past couple hours, and they have been unable to resolve the issue. Is there anything I can do to still be able to receive credit for this part of the question given that I know the answer and am just unable to input it?

Re: Achieve Technical Error
This is very strange.
Ask Achieve technical support to contact me.
They also need to explain why a different browser does not work.

Re: Achieve Technical Error
They were able to manually clear the entire question 7, so I should be able to redo it all now.
