Exam Formula Sheet

Postby Jackyboy 1C » Sun Jan 22, 2017 10:05 pm

Is there a formula sheet we will be given on the exam? If so, when will we have access to it, to know which formulas to memorize?

The equations on the back-side of the laminated periodic table you received with your course reader are all the possible equations and constants Prof Lavelle will supply us during an exam. In Chem14A, he picked the formulas that were relevant to us as the time and attached them to the test; I'm assuming he will do the same thing again this quarter.

Anything not on the formula sheet will not be provided.

Formula sheets and a periodic table are provided for all quizzes and exams. If you look in the back of the Chem 14B course reader (p 125) before the practice exams there is a constants sheet. I am guessing that that should be the same copy they give us on the tests. You will know for sure after you look at the constants sheet given for the first quiz. Hope this helps.
